Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the company's business strategy using the Balanced Scorecard method. The method is suitable for strategic business management. The aim of the thesis is defined in the introduction, followed by a description of the methods used and the theoretical description of the Balanced Scorecard model, in which the individual perspectives, the way of introduction into the company structure and the barrier of the model are described. The practical part analyzes the current state using selected ratios of financial analysis and hypothetical analysis using the data entering the SWOT analysis. Here's how to put Balanced Scorecard into business management - review organizational structure, set strategic goals, set benchmarks, target values, and create a strategic map. The work ends with a recommendation for a corporate application.
