Podnikatelská strategie elektromontážní firmy s využitím metody Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší podnikatelskou strategii firmy pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard. Metoda je vhodná pro strategické řízení podniku. Cíl práce je vymezený v úvodu, následuje popis použitých metod a teoretický popis modelu Balanced Scorecard, ve kterém jsou rozepsány jednotlivé perspektivy, způsob zavádění do firemní struktury a bariéry modelu. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu za pomocí vybraných poměrových ukazatelů finanční analýzy a hypotetický rozbor pomocí dat vstupujících do SWOT analýzy. Následuje způsob zavádění Balanced Scorecard do řízení podniku - revizi organizační struk tury, vy týčení strategických cílů, stanovení měřítek, cílových hodnot a vytvoření strategické mapy. Práce je zakončena doporučením pro firemní aplikaci.

This diploma thesis deals with the company's business strategy using the Balanced Scorecard method. The method is suitable for strategic business management. The aim of the thesis is defined in the introduction, followed by a description of the methods used and the theoretical description of the Balanced Scorecard model, in which the individual perspectives, the way of introduction into the company structure and the barrier of the model are described. The practical part analyzes the current state using selected ratios of financial analysis and hypothetical analysis using the data entering the SWOT analysis. Here's how to put Balanced Scorecard into business management - review organizational structure, set strategic goals, set benchmarks, target values, and create a strategic map. The work ends with a recommendation for a corporate application.
