Design and Implementation of the Controler for the 3D Printer Thermal Box

Abstract

The design and implementation of a thermal box 3D printer involves in building a 3D printing system, which can generate outstanding 3D prints while maintaining a constant temperature throughout the printing process. The controller's main task is to maintain the temperature inside the thermal box at the time the 3D printing process. It makes use of a microcontroller for central processing unit that incorporates temperature sensor, a heating element, and potentially a cooling system. The thermal box is an enclosed chamber in which the printing bed and extruder is placed as well as sensor used to maintain the temperature consistent during printing. The first stage in creating and implementing a thermal box 3D printer is to choose the right components, such as the printer's frame, motors, sensor, and other components. The design of the printer must be considered, as compliance with the special requirements of the thermal box is necessary for good insulation and proper ventilation.
