Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem oboustranného vyhrabávacího vozu pro železnorudné brikety. V úvodu byl proveden průzkum trhu s popisy jednotlivých části vyhrabovacího vozu. Na základě získaných informací byl proveden návrh výkonů pohonů a byly provedeny návrhy jednotlivých konstrukčních uzlů. Při návrhu byl kladen důraz na dodržení parametrů zadaných zadavatelem. Byly provedeny výpočtové kontroly vybraných kritických uzlů. Pro kritickou část navrženého rámu vozu byla provedena analýza pomocí MKP. Výsledný konstrukční návrh, výkresová dokumentace a MKP byly zhotoveny v softwaru pro strojírenské návrhy – Inventoru.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a double-sided paddle feeder for iron ore briquettes. In the beginning, a market survey was made with descriptions of individual parts of the paddle feeder. Based on the obtained information, the design of the drive outputs was made and the individual design nodes were designed. During the design, emphasis was placed on compliance with the parameters specified by the contracting authority. Computational checks of selected critical nodes were made. An analysis using FEM was made for a critical part of the designed feeder frame. The resulting design, drawing documentation and FEM were made in software for engineering designs - Inventor.
