Abstract

The master thesis deals with the design of electro-hydraulic drive of heated veneer press. The first part of the thesis introduces the procedure of pressing and technological processes. Based on the analysis functions of the machines, two variants of hydraulic control are designed in the practical part. After evaluation and selection the appropriate option is made a functional hydraulic circuit. Static system parameters are solved in the calculation part of the thesis. The calculations taken into account in particular the pressure loss due to choice of control system of hydraulic pump. The master thesis contains also the separate section that discusses the principle, the importance and the calculation of decompression. The course of pressure versus time for decompression is displayed by graph. Drawing documentation with specification of elements is placed in the case.
