Analýza procesu získavania a výberu zamestnancov v organizácií

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of important personnel decision-making, selecting and hiring of employees. By recruiting top-quality employees the company gains a competitive advantage and is able to fulfill their business goals in a more efficient way. There fore, it is important for the company to choose suitable methods in order to perform this process. Theoretical part of the bachelor thesis consists of information obtained from professional literature. In practical part of the bachelor thesis, I analyzed the system by which the selected company recruits the employees. Also, I carried out a research in this company in the form of questionnaire, in order to gain information about recruitment and selection hiring process from internal employees of the company. At the conclusion of the thesis, there are suggestions how to improve present recruitment process.
