Ekonomické zhodnocení a právní úprava ekologického zemědělství v ČR

Abstract

The dissertation is aimed at organic agriculture, which is not only friendlier to environment but to people living in the agriculture country and eating safer food as well. In the first part I follow the development of organic farming, legal claims, government support, control and checking mechanisms and its main objectives. In the second part I analyze this farming system in plant growing and in animal farming as well as bio-production and processing. The possibilities that could contribute to better situation within organic farming are reviewed in this work. Assessment of the present state in this type of farming is reviewed in the conclusion.
