Abstract

Diploma thesis describes construction design of grinding machine for internal pipe diameter. The theoretical part of thesis contains information about the grinding technology and about grinding machines for internal pipe diameter. The practical part of thesis contains choice of parameters for grinding, design of spindle drive and design of spindle. Practical part too contains stress analysis of spindle using FEM in Autodesk Inventor 2012. The last part of thesis contains design of lifting and design of travel grinding machine for internal pipe diameter. Drawings of grinding machine, cart of spindle, fixed support, movable support and production draw of rear part of spindle are attached to the thesis.
