Analýza stávajícího systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the existing system of education and development in chosen company and on the basis of this analysis suggest changes to improve this system. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical, followed by suggestions and recommendations. The theoretical part is concerned with theories and concepts related to education and development. In the practical part, the system of education and development in the chosen organization is directly analyzed using a questionnaire. In the last chapter of the thesis there are appropriate recommendations for changes in the education and development system proposed based on the result of the analysis.
