Analýza a návrh zefektivnění materiálového toku a využití ploch ve strojírenské firmě

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of material flow and space utilization in the engineering company CS STEEL a.s. The theoretical part summarizes the basic principles of logistics, storage, material flow and material handling. The practical part first introduces the selected company and then analyses the current state of material flows and storage areas, particularly in the field of storage and handling of metallurgical material. Based on the results of these analyses, measures are proposed to improve the efficiency of material flow and the utilization of space. The thesis also includes an evaluation of the benefits of the proposed measures.
