Zařízení na separaci oleje od kovového odpadu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou separace kovového materiálu od maziva za účelem snížení výrobních nákladů a jeho ekologické likvidace. Úvodní část práce obsahuje rešerši známých separačních metod dělených dle fází, po nichž je vybrána ta nejvhodnější. Následuje přehled zařízení dostupných na trhu pro zvolenou metodu separace. V další části přichází na řadu samotný návrh zařízení, začínající výběrem nejvhodnějšího konceptu, který je dále rozvíjen do detailů. V poslední části práce autor provede ekonomický rozbor jím navrženého zařízení a porovná ho s některým z dostupných na trhu. Vyhodnocení tohoto porovnání je zároveň závěrem diplomové práce.

This Master thesis focuses on problem of separation of metal chips from grease to reduce production costs and their environmental disposal. The introduction of the work deals with search of the familiar separation methods which are divided by phases. After that the best is chosen. This is followed by an overview of the available machineries suitable for the particular separation methods. The next part of this work concerns the design of the machinery, beginning with a selection of the best concept which is elaborated more into a detail later on. The last part of the work deals with an economic analysis of the designed machinery which is compared with what is available on the market. The evaluation of this comparison is also the end of Master thesis.
