Abstract
This bachelor's thesis deals with measuring customer satisfaction in a chosen e-shop. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. Teoretical part consists of characteristic of company and theoretical basis of measuring customer satisfaction. Practical part of bachelor's thesis describes metholodogy of data collection, data analysis and suggests improvments in customer satisfaction.
