Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of increasing the competitiveness of the selected industrial enterprise. The theoretical part of the thesis represents a competitive advantage and factors of competitiveness and their impact on the company. Described are methods of assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise, such as the QCDM, BCG matrix
and SPACE Techniques, which are also used in the practical part of the thesis. The Steiger brewery and its current market position are analyzed on the basis of a comparison with the two largest breweries in Slovakia Heineken and Topvar. The design part of the thesis
represents effective tools for increasing the competitiveness of the brewery.
