Zvyšovanie konkurencieschopnosti priemyselného podniku

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa venuje problematike zvyšovania konkurencieschopnosti vybraného priemyselného podniku. Teoretická časť práce predstavuje konkurenčnú výhodu a faktory konkurencieschopnosti a ich vplyv na podnik. Popísané sú metódy hodnotenia konkurencieschopnosti podniku, ako metodika QCDM, BCG matica a Technika SPACE, ktorá je použitá zároveň v praktickej časti práce. Analyzovaný je podnik Pivovar Steiger a jeho súčasná trhová pozícia na základe komparácie s dvoma najväčšími pivovarmi na Slovensku Heineken a Topvar. Návrhová časť práce predstavuje účinné nástroje zvyšovania konkurencieschopnosti pivovaru.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of increasing the competitiveness of the selected industrial enterprise. The theoretical part of the thesis represents a competitive advantage and factors of competitiveness and their impact on the company. Described are methods of assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise, such as the QCDM, BCG matrix and SPACE Techniques, which are also used in the practical part of the thesis. The Steiger brewery and its current market position are analyzed on the basis of a comparison with the two largest breweries in Slovakia Heineken and Topvar. The design part of the thesis represents effective tools for increasing the competitiveness of the brewery.
