Ověření funkčnosti konstrukcí metodami NDT

Abstract

In this bachelor work I’m focusing on non-destructive diagnostics and its application to a particular design. The structure is a scissor jack installed in production hall in Jewa Ltd. On the jack I have applied the method of non-destructive diagnostics concretely method of magnetic memories of metal with a particular focus on the quality and integrity of welded joints attaching the piston. This method and its application is described in the theoretical part. In practical part of the work is calculation of maximum load lifting, the necessary structural adjustments and evaluation of measurement. Furthermore, I simulated load in a 3D program.
