Abstract

My work describes the restaurant KORAS and its environment. It deals with the marketing mix, which is further analyzed in my research enriched with a questionnaire. The questionnaire was conducted directly in the premises of the restaurant. Results of my enquiry were processed and evaluated in clearly arranged graphs. At the end of my work I take account of comments and suggestions posed by the respondents in order to improve the operation of the restaurant.
