Abstract
The bachelor work introduces the design of the mechanical phantom for simulation of the human tissue radiotherapy. The mechanical phantom will be used in University Hospital in Ostrava for the research of the proper placement of golden grains in prostate during the tumor radiotherapy. The work contains the description of radiotherapy with the emphasis on the Cyber Knife, function of the prostate and its motion in the human body. The significant part of the work is the detailed design of phantom individual components, strength analysis of the most loaded parts and description of processing procedure of phantom components including the technical drawings.
