Abstract

This thesis deals with the renewal of rolling stock for transport companies. The introductory section describes the characteristics of the transport company DPO a.s. with the concepts related to life cycle costs of vehicles and setting methodology for calculating the upper limit for the removal of a vehicle (bus). The main part deals with the analysis of rolling stock to the calculation of the optimal time for removal of a vehicle. In the final part of the work is done with the draft economic evaluation of the recovery vehicle.
