Porovnání přesnosti obrobených ploch při soustružení s C a Y osou

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the phenomenon of geometrical precision in turning with C and Y axis, on turning and milling CNC machining centres. The primary goal of the diploma thesis is to analyse the geometrical precision on the machined experimental samples created using C and Y axis milling technologies. The geometric deviations of shape, direction and position are analysed on the machined samples using the coordinate measuring instrument, namely Flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity and alignment. It is possible to compare these two methods of turning and therefore draw conclusions for implementation in practice using the measured data. In the theoretical part, the work introduces the turning phenomenon as well as the coordinate system of machining centres and geometric tolerances. In the second part of my thesis I analyse experimental samples created on individual turning machines and their geometrical deviations. I evaluate both turning methods for implementation in practice in the conclusion.
