Návrh na snížení deformací při svařování dílce leteckého motoru

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with issue of deformation generation in process of part welding. There is description of whole part repair process at the beginning, current welding technology and appearing deformation. Based on recommended letters, skills and available technology is chosen the welding method. Drafted technology is tested on test samples and evaluated in laboratory. Based on conforming test samples is performed the certification of weld joints and implemented to shop routing. At the end is described the evaluation of both methods from technical and economical point of view.
