Návrh a výpočet výměníku pro klimatizační jednotku osobního automobilu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a výpočtem výměníku pro klimatizační jednotku osobního automobilu. V teoretické části jsou popsány chladicí systémy s podrobným popisem klimatizace v osobním automobilu. Dále jsou v této části charakterizovány výměníky tepla a kalorimetrická trať. Praktickou část tvoří výpočet chladicího výkonu klimatizace, tepelného výkonu kondenzátoru klimatizace a teoretického tepelného výkonu kondenzátoru klimatizace pro danou rychlost automobilu. Pro kontrolu vypočtených výkonů je zde zjištěn potřebný chladicí výkon klimatizace. V závěru této práce jsou uvedeny parametry výměníku pro klimatizační jednotku osobního automobilu.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and calculation of the heat exchanger for the car air conditioner. The theoretical part mentions the description of the cooling systems with a detailed explanation of air conditioning in a car. Further, this part deals with the characteristics of the heat exchangers and the calorimetric track. The practical part includes the calculation of the cooling output of the air conditioner, the heating output of the condenser of the air conditioner and the theoretical heat output of the condenser of the air conditioner for the given speed of the vehicle. The necessary cooling output of the air conditioner has been find out to check the calculated outputs. In the final part of the thesis, parameters of the heat exchanger for the car air conditioner have been stated.
