Návrh linky strojení panelových dílů Caddy 5

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem linky strojení panelových dílů Caddy 5. Cílem práce je navrhnout výrobní linku tak, aby byly splněny požadavky zákazníka. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, která obsahuje obecný popis řešené problematiky a část praktickou, ve které jsou aplikovány teoretické znalosti doplněné o poznatky z praxe. V práci je zpracován návrh výrobní stanice, upínacího konceptu s ohledem na ergonomii při práci a vytvoření časových snímků pracovníků.

This bachelor’s thesis describes the design of a closuves line for Caddy 5 panel parts. The aim of this thesis is to design a production line that meets the customer’s requirements. The thesis consists of two parts: the theoretical, which comprises a general description of the topic, and the practical, in which the theoretical knowledge is applied, together with experience-based knowledge. The thesis includes a production station, an ergonomic, clamping concept and the creation of a time frames of the workers.
