Využití odpadního tepla z chlazení šroubového kompresoru

Abstract

Master thesis deals with utilization of waste heat from cooling a screw compressor for heating of service water. Measurement on a screw compressor was performed in the beginning of the master thesis, where the necessary data for original cooling method were obtained. Calculation and design of a recuperative pipe heat exchanger was performed based on these measured values. Production drawing documentation is a part of the engineering design. Further, a project for connection of a heat exchanger, distributions for cooling a screw compressor and heating of service water in a tank, including elaboration of thermal and regulation scheme, was performed. Economic evaluation of the whole project was done in the end of the master thesis.
