Úprava obsluhovacích zařízení koksovací baterie

Abstract

The thesis represents an individual project of special transport device. The device is supposed to lead the waste material out of the coke-oven battery, where coal waste accumulate while filling the chambers. Firts part of the thesis presents an introduction to transport technology of coking plants and its logistics. Next part deals with a problem definition, selection of the suitable device and its arrangements. On the basis of technological and strenght calculations and physiomechanical measurements of transport material, the design and size of single parts and actuator has been projected. The presented project contributes to facilitation of coke-battery management. The results are supposed to encourage a leadership of coke plants to implementation of the presented project within potential reconstructions in future.
