Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with realization of weld deposites of Stellit type to sealing components of slide valves, which are made by low-alloy steel. At the beginning the study is done, in which a basic material is characterised, in which the calculations of cracks parameters are performed and method of hard surfacing with filler material is chosen. Based on framework of technological progress pWPS dokument was created, the necessary calculations relative to the base material were made and weld deposites controls according to current applicable standarts were designed. After weld deposites of test samples had been performed, their assesmest followed and technological process for hard surfacing sealing components of slide valves was established.
