Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a proposal for a business plan for the establishment of a cafe. The main goal of this work is to create documents that will be used in the future for the real opening of the cafe. The work uses methods for the analysis of the internal and external environment, namely PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of competitive forces and SWOT analysis. Subsequently, areas related to the financial, marketing and personnel side of the company are processed. The work is divided into three parts, the first part deals with theoretical knowledge, the second part focuses on the practical development of a business plan. The third chapter then deals with the evaluation of feasibility, here it is evaluated on the basis of the financial plan and other aspects that the business plan is feasible.
