Zvyšování efektivity tvářecí metody DRECE

Abstract

Dissertation thesis deals with the issue of increasing the effectiveness of the DRECE forming method. This method belongs to the group of forming methods using the principle of severe plastic deformation (SPD). In the introductory part of the thesis, a theoretical analysis of the addressed issue is carried out. In the practical part of this work, the characteristics of the DRECE method itself, the description of the innovations carried out on the forming equipment and the characteristics of the experiments carried out on both the innovative and the original forming equipment are presented. As part of the evaluation of the performed experiments, an analysis of the mechanical properties, hardness, microhardness and achieved microstructure after individual passes of the strips of verified steel by the DRECE method was performed. In the final part, a comparison and evaluation of the achieved results after forming by the DRECE method and its modification, as well as the achieved scientific goals of the doctoral thesis, are presented.
