Technická diagnostika turbokompresorů

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the technical condition of turbochargers used for the transport of coke oven gas in the Svoboda Coking Plant by non-disassembly technical diagnostics, specifically vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics. The first part is devoted to the theoretical part of vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics, then typical faults of rotary machines are listed and the basic structural parts of radial positive displacement turbochargers are described. The second part is a practical evaluation of the measured device using vibrodiagnostics and tribodiagnostics, including a description of the measurement and subsequent evaluation of the measured values. The result of the work is the evaluation of the technical condition of the measured device.
