Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the strategic analysis of a manufacturing company specializing in custom metal production and the manufacturing of mailboxes, doors, and windows. The aim of the thesis is to identify key internal and external factors influencing the company’s current operations and future direction and to propose strategic recommendations for its further development. The analysis applies tools such as PESTLE, Porter’s Five Forces, VRIO, resource-based analysis, and SWOT. The synthesis of these methods provides a comprehensive view of the company’s market position and its internal capabilities.
