Zavedení tribodiagnostiky v Jaderné elektrárně Dukovany

Abstract

This bachelor thesis examines the improvement and extension of oil condition monitoring program performed at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant. It briefly summarizes the principles of power generation in the nuclear power plant and describes the function of the basic equipment of the primary and secondary circuits. This is followed by a description of selected tribodiagnostic tests potentially suitable for steam turbine oil condition monitoring. The practical part of the thesis deals with a detailed description of the turbomachinery oil system, oil management and lubrication circuit trouble spots. The final chapters focus on evolution of turbine oil basestocks and aditives and its influence on predictive value of tribodiagnostic tests. The output of the thesis is a proposal of oil analysis program for regular condition monitoring of the turbomachinery at Dukovany Nuclear Power Plant.
