Abstract

The thesis focuses on the analysis of production management in the company Kovo Theimer. The aim was to evaluate the current state of production and management processes and to propose measures to increase their efficiency. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and approaches to production management. The practical part describes the production process and includes an analysis using the McKinsey 7S model and SWOT analysis. The results revealed shortcomings mainly in the areas of digitalization, system integration, and process formalization. The proposed measures focus on the implementation of a quality management system and the modernization of production management through digitalization.
