Abstract

This diploma theses has as target to find close place in productive process and after that attempt this close place eliminace with methods which we are using in projection of manufacturing process, and eliminate the unnecessary handling crane transport. Part of the work deals with the theoretical basis of literary sources, which are associated with designing production processes and optimization of the production process. The second part - a practical, contains information about the current state in which the engineering company is, as well as solution design optimization of material flow on the factory floor.
