Inovace dobývacího kombajnu nízkých slojí

Abstract

The dissertation addresses issues associated with selected components and technological systems of longwall shearers utilized in low-seam coal mining applications. The paper primarily focuses on issues related to the running gear and its sliding/driving components in terms of their frictional resistance and deals with the optimization of processes involved in the manufacture of selected machinery, issues pertaining to the assembly and disassembly of the shearer in low-seam mines, as well as corrosion protection of joint surfaces of flameproof enclosures. The innovation of low-seam longwall shearers is approached on the basis of data gleaned from analyses of operating data and on-site measurements. The dissertation includes experiment reports and presents proposals as to how the aforementioned issues could be effectively addressed and the results implemented in mining and technological applications and manufacturing processes.
