Abstract

Thesis is dealing with innovation of design solution for cutting adapter. At the beginning, there is described the issue of deformation-less punching of closed profiles. At the beginning, there is described the issue of deformation-less punching of closed profiles. The following is the description of punching machines, maintenance system design and solution of cut place lubrication. The next part contains strength calculation by the finite element method and there is a new combination of materials of individual cutting adapter's parts. The last part is the solution for the horizontal adjustment of adapter in punched profiles.
