Abstract

The goal of thesis was to analyze the customer satisfaction with flavored beers Gambrinus, to identify weaknesses and weaknesses of the brand and to suggest measures leading to higher satisfaction. On the basis of the focus group discussion and questionnaire investigation, its evaluation and the analysis of the results were suggested the measures which could help the brand to increase customers satisfaction.
