Aplikace metody Model Based Design při řízení mechatronického systému

Abstract

Goal of the thesis is creation of application “Hydraulic System Control – Model Based Design“ as addon for software MATLAB. Application simplify process of controller design by creating comfort user interface for tools of MATLAB for synthesis of PID and state space controllers, identification of systems and by offering tools for simulation of linear models and non-linear analytical model of hydraulic drive. User have access to analytical model of hydraulic drive with cylinder and constant system preassure and tools for linearization of the non-linear analytical model. User can desing PID or state space controller based on linear model. Parameters of controller can be verify by simulation of linear or non-linear model of system. Functionality of application is verificated by measurement of real hydraulic drive from company FESTO for differend setting of controller parameters. Piston position control is also simulated by MIL and HIL simulation for comparison with real measurement and for testing controller parameters for unreal situations.
