Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deals with the design of a pneumatic regulator of a papermaking roller position during paper winding. In the introduction part there are discussed the use of the pneumatic mechanisms and description of specific papermaking stage, where the regulation is applied. Next part of the thesis deals with advantages and disadvantages of pneumatic uses and detailed description of papermaking winders in industry. The following part focuses on the winding roller construction with a pneumatic adjustable arm. The arm is designed for specified parameters. The strength examination is made for designed device parts. The result of the thesis is the construction proposal of the papermaking device, using pneumatic regulation. The annex part is mainly composed of the technical drawing documentation.
