Abstract

Goal of my diploma work was determine performance of the company and implement BSC, determine weakness and suggest the solution. I selected MBG Company for my paper. This company is focused on production store’s equipment. In the theoretical part I described the analysis, I used in the practical part of my diploma work. In the practical part I determined performance of the company with the financial analysis, Porter analysis a SWOT analysis. The core of my work is BSC implementation – evaluation by four perspectives, which are influencing and connecting each other. The main problem is lots of reclamation. I suggested reduction and estimated effect on other company’s activities.
