Změna struktury zaměstnanosti v České republice vlivem digitalizace ekonomiky

Abstract

Průmysl 4.0 vystihuje změny, kterými projde celá výroba, doprava a společnost a které se nevyhnou ani České republice. Tato práce je věnována změně zaměstnanosti vlivem digitalizace. Zaměstnanost je sledována od roku 2011 do 2016 v oblasti profesí, které jsou digitalizací nejvíce ohroženy a v profesích, které budou nejvíce potřeba aby se společnost mohla digitalizovat. Z výsledku studie je zřejmé, že ČR prozatím nepociťuje úbytek pracovníků v profesích ohrožených digitalizací. U profesí nejvíce potřebných k digitalizaci je zaznamenaný mírný nárůst. Prozatím se ale naše společnost nedá považovat za digitální.

Industry 4.0 reflects the changes that all production, transport and society will pass and which will not be avoided by the Czech Republic as well. This work is devoted to the change of employment due to digitization. Employment is monitored from 2011 to 2016 in the field of professions that are the most vulnerable to digitization and in the professions that will most need to digitize the company. The results of the study show that the Czech Republic is not currently experiencing the loss of workers in professions endangered by digitization. For the professions most needed for digitization, there is a slight increase. For the time being, our company can not be considered digital.
