Abstract

E-commerce is growing type of entrepreneurship and online shopping is getting more popular for consumers. Growth of this industry is bringing a new business potential. Taking globalisation trend into account gives e-commerce a huge opportunity to operate at foreign markets with no neccesity to have high amount of capital available. The aim of this thesis was to suggest new business strategy designed for company operating at foreing market. Suggested business strategy is based on strategical analysis of company and new business model exploiting foundation of new firm in US and external logistic provider. The business strategy is tailored to capabilities and capacity of the company to be achievable in reality. Suggested business strategy is split to six steps: Suggestion of new strategic goals, Analysis of current situation, designing new business model, suggesting new business strategy, suggesting new marketing strategy and cost analysis of implementation of new business model.
