Abstract
This thesis deals with one of the key topics from management of human resources, the evaluation of employees. The theoretical part is devoted to knowledge concerning to evaluation of employees, for example its benefits, principles, common errors and methods that are used for evaluation process. In the practical part is analyzed the system´s current state of evaluation of employees at Robe Lighting, it includes evaluation of its strengths and weaknesses and is also created a questionnaire for the assessment of employees satisfaction. Based on data obtained from this analysis and from the answers that resulted from the questionnaire were then created evaluation employee forms and recommendations were proposed for serving to the correct system´s functions.
