Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of transport services in the transport organization. In the introduction there is described transport as a servece, than there is description of organization that gave me the information needed to develop my work. The information that was provided to me, is analyzed and divided into a transport and economic performance, for clarity, they are regulated in tables and graphs. It is introduce in example of the optimization of transport services. It is followed by the proposal increase performance by reducing some expenses the organization, increase the number of customer and increase the operating performance. In conclusion, you can find evaluation of proposals, their costs, advantages, disadvantages and profitableness for transportation company.
