Abstract

The diploma thesis deal with questions of production of brass bearing cages. The introduction describes current technology of production cages from brass rings. Next chapter deal with die forging and development of prototype cast, next to development of prototype of double sided toothy forging. The main part focuses on the optimal design of dies and practical forging tests. At the end of Diploma thesis are summarized all knowledges from practical tests.
