Výběr optimální banky z pohledu ESG zohledňujícího klienta

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrem optimální banky a jí nabízeného úvěrového produktu z pohledu ESG zohledňujícího klienta pomocí vícekriteriální analýzy. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku bankovního sektoru v České republice, vysvětlení konceptu ESG a jeho implementaci v bankovnictví. Dále jsou představeny principy vícekriteriálního rozhodování, včetně metod stanovení vah kritérií a hodnocení variant. V praktické části jsou aplikovány vybrané metody vícekriteriální analýzy na šest bankovních institucí působících na českém bankovním trhu, a to na základě pěti hodnotících kritérií. Pro stanovení vah kritérií jsou využity bodovací metoda, Saatyho metoda a metoda Fullerova trojúhelníku. Následné hodnocení variant je provedeno pomocí metody váženého součtu a metody TOPSIS. Výsledkem práce je porovnání vybraných bank působících na českém trhu a určení optimální varianty odpovídající preferencím klienta.

This bachelor's thesis examines selecting the optimal bank and its offered credit product from an ESG-responsive client perspective using multi-criteria analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of the banking sector in the Czech Republic, an explanation of the ESG concept, and its implementation in banking. Furthermore, the principles of multi-criteria decision-making are introduced, including methods for determining criteria weights and evaluating variants. In the practical part, selected methods of multi-criteria analysis are applied to six banking institutions operating on the Czech banking market based on five evaluation criteria. The scoring method, Saaty's method, and Fuller's triangle method are used to determine the criteria weights. The subsequent evaluation of variants is performed using the Weighted Sum Method and the TOPSIS method. The result of the work is a comparison of selected banks operating on the Czech market and the identification of the optimal variant corresponding to the client's preferences.
