Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to recommend improvements for the employee appraisal system used in LEGO Productions s.r.o. These improvements will be based on theoretical findings and on evaluation of current employee appraisal system. LEGO Production s.r.o. is a part of The LEGO Group, one of the biggest toy manufacturer in the world. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part describes employee performance appraisal in theory. Practical part uses questionnaire survey to evaluate current employee appraisal system in LEGO Production s.r.o. Proposals and recommendations are made, based on the questionnaire survey.
