Optimalizace výroby vyrovnávacích můstků

Abstract

The Master thesis focuses on the optimization solution of the welding hall. In the introduction were analyzed the original state of the welding hall and the production process. Based on this analysis was decided to purchase a robotic welding workstation, which could not have been done without major changes of the welding hall. A complete reconstruction of the hall was carried out with implementation of the new workplace layout and the elements of a lean production. In the next part of the thesis were monitored the changes that occurred after the successful optimization and were mentioned the benefits of the innovation. The last step was focused on monitoring the value of the production process flow, and were determined a value added and non value added time, including further design of the optimization.
