Návrh realizace metody 5S na vybraném montážním pracovišti

Abstract

This thesis deals with the 5S method and its implementation at the assembly workplace engineering company. In the first part of the thesis gives a general overview of 5S method. The second part of the thesis deals with the implementation of the 5S method selected at the assembly workplace. The second part introduces the company and its objectives. Then there is the assessed initial state assembly workplace. A key element of the second part of this report is to describe the process of implementation method selected at the assembly workplace and evaluate its benefits.
