Optimalizace výroby výřezů v ohybových tyčích pomocí elektroerozivního drátového řezání

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with unconventional technologies, namely electro-erosive wire cutting. The introduction of the thesis explains the principle of the technology. In the preparatory phase of the experiment, a fixture was designed to clamp the bending rod on the machine. In the experimental part, the technological parameters for the production of slots in the bending rod were optimized. The slots made on the wire cutter were subjected to a roughness test. In the economic part, the costs of cutting slots were compared by milling and electroerosive wire cutting.
