Návrh planetového převodu pro testování pohonů elektromobilu

Abstract

This thesis deals with the ways of electric drive systems and their splitting performance including energy recovery. For the testing of these systems are designed planetary gearbox with low ratio. First, I made a proposal gearing planetary gear including stress control gear. Then I modeled the design of the gearbox. Here I had to solve the high speed of rotating parts and related reliable lubrication of the transmission. The resulting design I checked the strength calculations, control life and finite element analysis. Finally, I calculated the losses and determine the overall efficiency of the planetary gear.
