Robotizace utěsňování karoserie vozu

Abstract

The master's thesis deals with the design of robotization of car body sealing. The introduction analysis the painting process, sealing of body hems and similar existing solutions. In the next part of the thesis, the design of the concept of a robotic cell for sealing hems is created. Based on the defined requirements, the periphery of the robotic cell is selected, and the layout of the cell is designed, the description of which is attached to the thesis. To determine the time of the work cycle, a simulation of the cell is created, a sample of the simulation is attached to the diploma thesis. At the end of the thesis, the technical and economic parameters of the robotic cell are determined.
